  • Consultation Agreement

    Congrats! You are about to take your business to a whole new level. Welcome aboard!

    These are the terms required to make a partnership successful:

    - I will join each strategy session promptly at the top of my scheduled session.

    - I will give my consultant at least 24 hours notice if I need to reschedule our strategy session.

    - I will arrive for my strategy sessions prepared for a great session.

    - I will do what I say I will do when I say I will do it.

    - I understand that if I miss an appointment it will not be made up.

    - I will double my willingness to try new things suggested by my consultant.

    - I understand that business success doesn't happen overnight and I'm committed to work hard and make it happen.

    - I will prepare to see myself as limitless and take action from that place.

    I understand that violation of any of the terms above is grounds for being fired by my consultant. If my consultant fires me, the remainder of that month's payment will be forfeit.

  • Program Details

    Consultation program includes (2) 45-minute Strategy Session each month, unlimited 30-minute Open-Door Office Hours, and on-going email support.

    Any marketing or business material asked for by the consultant will be reviewed at no additional cost.

    Any marketing or business material I ask the consultant to review outside of scheduled strategy sessions will be included in my monthly fee as long as they take less than 5 minutes.

    Note: Open-Door Office Hours are first come, first serve with all my clients.

  • Consultation Investment:

    I agree to have my credit card debited in advance of each month.

    And while there are no long-term commitments and both parties have a mutual option to cancel at any time.

    I understand that it's recommended to plan for at least several months of coaching/consultation when I sign-up because success is rarely instant online. It takes some time, testing, and commitment.

    To end this agreement and cancel the consultation service, I will make my intentions known in writing (at least 5 days before the next billing cycle) and finish out the month of consulting that has been pre-paid.

    What is Success Participation Fee?

    If you chose to signup for the fee+revenue share model, the monthly fee will be reduced while a revenue share agreement will be included.

    In addition to the monthly consultation fee, this payment method also includes paying 10% of the gross revenue directly attributed to any marketing & sales funnel(s) designed, built, or optimized under my consulting and guidance.

    (Revenue from any sales funnels not worked on together is naturally excluded from this calculation.)

  • Contact Agreement

    Consulting is done via Zoom.us.

    Nothing in this relationship is to be discussed outside of our conversation. There are times when references to others may be helpful, however, my consultant would never mention a name or person that would lead someone to infer the discussion was about me as a client.

    Because we'll often be discussing confidential results and information (which won't publicly reveal), I am allowed to record our calls for my own private use only.

    I can’t guarantee your success because I don’t know your background or your work ethic.

    If you join this program and don’t put in the effort, you won’t achieve the results you’re looking for. You’ll only grow your business if you apply what you learn and take advantage of everything I’m offering you here.

    Remember that all marketing and business-related activities require testing and experiment.

    Because I put a lot of time and effort into each of his clients and because I can't get my time back - there are no refunds in this program.
